Motorsport and the environment
As we all know, motorsport brings with it a number of things that are harmful to the environment, such as exhaust fumes and harmful substances like oil, fuel and other lubricants. Strict environmental requirements apply, and the many rules must be strictly observed. MAC de Kempenrijders meets these requirements and rules and would like to keep it that way. The club cannot do this alone, so we also ask visitors to be mindful of the environment and to do their bit, however small!
How can I help?
- Keep your spot clean, including when you leave!
- Always use an environmental mat, it is even mandatory
- The site has bins and containers - throw your waste in these
- Take bottles, cans and jerrycans containing harmful substances (oil, brake fluid, etc.) home to dispose of them
- If you come across empty cans, packaging or plastic along the track, please pick it up and put it in a bin
- Dogs and other animals must be kept on a leash
- Always clean up after your pet when walking it
- Make sure your bike meets the maximum noise limit of 94 dB(A)
