Everything about membership

Every rider is required to become a training member of M.A.C. De Kempenrijders. Only once you are a training member and meet the other requirements for practising can you buy a day pass.

Requirements

Practising on the circuit in Budel is allowed under the following conditions:

1. In possession of a KNMV or MON licence
2. Training membership of M.A.C. de Kempenrijders
3. Use of an environmental mat
4. The motorcycle must comply with the maximum noise limit of 94 db(A)
5. Acceptance of the house rules of M.A.C. de Kempenrijders

KNMV or MON licence

A KNMV or MON licence is required to practise in Budel. Licences from other federations, Dutch or foreign, are not valid for practising on our circuit. FIM licences held by foreign riders only cover personal accidents, not third-party liability. No KNMV or MON licence = no permission to practise.

Practising on a KNMV track is only allowed with a KNMV or a MON license. Licenses from other federations, Dutch or foreign, are not valid for practising our track. Foreign license holders have to buy a KNMV or MON license. MON also offers day licenses. Their own FIM license covers only medical costs, not third party liability. No KNMV or MON license = no allowance to practise.

Training member

Every rider is also required to be a training member of M.A.C. De Kempenrijders. The cost is € 20,00 per calendar year. As a training member of M.A.C. De Kempenrijders, acceptance of the house rules is mandatory.

Environmental mat

The use of an environmental motorcycle mat is also mandatory. It can also be purchased at the training circuit if needed. Cost € 35.00.

Training pass

You have the option of purchasing a training pass. With this pass you can practise throughout the entire calendar year for a one-off payment. The cost is € 150.00 for the youth track and € 275.00 for the main track per calendar year. The training pass is personal (with a passport photo) and non-transferable. No refunds are given.

Noise regulations

As of 1 January 2011, a maximum noise limit of 94 db(A) applies in motocross for both the KNMV and MON. This standard applies to all (free) practice sessions and competitions held under the auspices of one of the federations, with the exception of World Championship, European Championship, Dutch Championship and IMBA events. From that date onwards, noise measurements are carried out on the circuit in Budel. Motorcycles that do not meet the required standard are given the opportunity to adjust the motorcycle according to the applicable standards. Repeat offenders will be excluded from participating in practice sessions and any competitions.
